Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Requirements Engineer for complex software solutions
• Expertise in agile methods (Scrum) and in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, e.g., Gherkin
• Routine approach to translating complex business requirements into actionable task packages
• Basic understanding of software architecture and development processes for translating technical and business requirements
• Certification as a Product Owner, and experience in public administration or e-government is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
