Job description
As a Product Owner for Zscaler, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Zscaler product, a core component of the group's Zero Trust strategy. You will ensure the daily operation and evolution of ZIA and ZPA services for international users.
Project overview
Reporting to the CISO, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the Zscaler product, the foundation of the group's Zero Trust strategy. You will ensure the daily operation of ZIA and ZPA services and drive their evolution for users spread across several countries. You will manage a team of four engineers and administrators and coordinate support interventions, incident and change management, as well as service indicator monitoring.
You will define and manage the roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize developments with stakeholders. In particular, you will drive integrations with the security ecosystem and service extensions, while maintaining the relationship with the editor and integrators. As a referent for local entities and IT teams, you will promote the adoption of the solution. The long-term mission, as an independent contractor, is based in Courbevoie with a hybrid work arrangement of two to three days on-site per week.
Profile
At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in large-scale Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
Experience in network and access security, as well as product or service management: roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
Experience in managing or leading a technical team, ideally in an international and multi-site environment.
Fluent English and good knowledge of IAM/SSO, EDR, SIEM, MDM, or SD-WAN integrations.
Zscaler, CISSP, CCSP, or CCNP Security certifications are appreciated.
