👜 Status: Freelance or payroll management (company referenced with the PEPS union)

• Lead the Wallix-based Bastion/PAM solution
• Define, animate, and prioritize the product roadmap for the privileged access platform
• Gather and challenge business and technical needs
• Ensure the evolution of the platform according to security requirements and new uses
• Monitor service quality, incidents, and performance indicators
• Coordinate cybersecurity, infrastructure, and production teams
• Support the rationalization and centralization of existing bastion solutions
• Lead an outsourced support team (L1/L2) and prepare for L3 scaling
• Champion the product vision for the HashiCorp Vault secrets management platform
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile SAFe environment
• Write and prioritize User Stories, Features, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Validate deliverables and coordinate inter-team dependencies
• Ensure the management and evolution of the enterprise PKI
• Guarantee the operational and security maintenance of the PKI infrastructure
• Lead modernization projects and anticipate obsolescence
• Support transformations related to post-quantum cryptography
• Supervise teams responsible for the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure
• Wallix Bastion / PAM or equivalent solution
• HashiCorp Vault
• Enterprise PKI
• Certificates and certification authorities (CA)
• HSM and cryptographic infrastructures
