The company Weinor is looking for a Production Employee for fabric finishing to support their production team in Mockern. The role involves processing textile materials, operating industrial sewing and cutting machines, and ensuring quality and delivery times.

To support the production team in Mockern, we are looking for (initially temporary):
Production Employee Fabric Finishing Area of Responsibility:
- Processing of textile materials through cutting, sewing, gluing, including visual and quality inspection of the manufactured products
- Operation of industrial sewing machines, including automated cutting machines for fabric webs and mounting the fabrics on a fabric roller
- Adherence to delivery deadlines while considering quality
- Active participation in regular communication and continuous optimization of work processes

- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field, e.g., as a technical outfitter/sewer/tailor and/or comparable
- Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding and experience in handling machines and production facilities
- Teamwork skills and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (during the season)
- Driver's license class B and own car to reach the place of work is an advantage
