Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Maintaining operational conditions: ensuring the availability and proper functioning of production environments.
• Supervision and operation: monitoring systems, analyzing alerts, and anticipating incidents.
• Incident management: diagnosing malfunctions, contributing to their resolution, and ensuring follow-up until service restoration.
• Automation and industrialization: developing and maintaining scripts to ensure the reliability of recurring operations and optimize operational tasks.
• Continuous improvement: analyzing recurring incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Documentation: writing and maintaining operational procedures, technical instructions, and intervention files.
• Coordination: collaborating with systems, networks, middleware, and application teams, as well as various support stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose malfunctions, analyze logs, and identify root causes of production incidents.
• Proficiency with supervision and monitoring tools for performance tracking, anomaly detection, and alert management.
• Knowledge of database management systems. Ability to perform checks, analyze performance, and contribute to incident diagnosis.
• Ability to automate recurring tasks, ensure the reliability of operational processes, and facilitate deployments.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and customer service orientation.
