Production Graphic Designer (Remote + 40 hours/week)

Project overview

We're looking for an experienced freelance production graphic designer to provide ongoing production and creative support for a fast-paced in-house creative team. This person should be comfortable jumping into established brands, working within existing brand guidelines, and managing multiple assignments with strong attention to detail. It will be 30-40 hours per week (remote). Responsibilities may include:

• Design marketing and brand collateral using established brand guidelines
• Create print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, and other digital content
• Design flyers, brochures, rack cards, posters, invitations, and event collateral
• Build and format presentations and PowerPoint decks
• Support campaign creative across multiple channels
• Prepare accurate, print-ready files that meet vendor and production specifications
• Make revisions based on creative direction and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with other designers and creative team members on shared projects
• Maintain organized working/source files and follow established file-naming standards
• Keep project status and deliverables current within designated project management tools Ideal qualifications:
• Strong production design skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work across multiple brands and projects, and someone who can quickly understand direction and execute with limited oversight
• Reliability, responsiveness and proactive communication around deadlines are essential
• Your own computer with design software and licenses
