L2/L3 Production Support Engineer - Front Office Trading
Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Provide production and application support for trading systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and performance issues.
- Monitor applications using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Write and execute Shell scripts and complex SQL queries.
- Work with UNIX/Linux and Windows servers, Oracle, and Sybase databases.
- Collaborate directly with traders and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Experience in Front Office trading and financial services.
- Strong UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, and SQL skills.
- Experience with Oracle or Sybase databases.
- Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Flexibility to provide weekend support every 3-4 weeks.
Nice to have
Python Scripting and FX, Fixed Income, or Equities experience.
