Professional Consulting Operations and Requirements Management

Project overview

For a project in the area of network operations, we are looking for an experienced professional for consulting, requirements management, and process optimization. You will act as an interface between the business department and technical implementation and contribute significantly to the improvement of workflows and processes.

Your tasks include the professional analysis and design of processes and functions, consulting with requirements managers and product owners, and conducting data analyses and data cleansing. You will support incident and problem management processes, participate in product backlog refinement, and assist with operational monitoring.

We expect practical experience with Java EE, Spring, and Oracle, as well as sound project management know-how (PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA). Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe is required. Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering, as well as in establishing quality assurance processes, is advantageous.

The project runs for 24 months and offers flexible working conditions: 80% remote work with approximately 20% on-site presence per year. The location is Frankfurt am Main.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in relevant systems and processes. Senior positions require over 5 years of industry experience. Methodological competence in process modeling and quality assurance completes the profile.
