• Analyze, design, estimate, and implement solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Develop business applications, forms, and automations with the Power Platform
• Advise clients on functional and technical issues
• Ensure the operation of existing solutions and support error analysis
• Participate in the continuous further development of the Power Platform landscape within the organization
• Support the team with complex technical issues
• At least 3 years of practical experience in implementing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Good knowledge of Power Fx
• Experience in analyzing requirements as well as in the design and implementation of business solutions
• Independent and structured way of working
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good English language skills, spoken and written
• Experience with governance topics of the Microsoft Power Platform, including environments, authorization concepts, and DLP policies
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID
• Experience with Copilot Studio
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps processes
• Engagement period: 11/01/2026 – 12/31/2027 with option for extension
• Workload: 80%
• Location: Bern with home office share (Work Smart); exact number of presence days per week upon agreement.
