What will you do

As a specialist HR Data Governance & Management Information at Evides, you will help the organization elevate its HR information provision. You will ensure that management and HR have access to reliable, up-to-date, and usable management information to make better decisions. You will focus on the further professionalization of HR data, management information, KPI steering, and governance within the HR domain.

In this assignment, you will analyze the current situation, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a future-proof setup for HR data, reporting, and governance. You will work independently on a defined improvement project and translate your expertise in HR analytics, data quality, and information provision into concrete and sustainable results for the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders within HR, management, and other relevant departments.

You are an experienced HR Data professional who effortlessly connects HR, data, and management information. You have a keen eye for data quality and governance and can translate complex information issues into concrete improvements. Furthermore, you are independent, results-oriented, and capable of bringing stakeholders at various levels along in changes.

What else you should know

Are you a new supplier and have not yet signed a cooperation agreement and a client-specific supplementary agreement? This will follow immediately after the assignment is awarded.

The following client-specific conditions apply to this assignment for the client Evides:

• Analyzing the current HR information provision and identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities;
• Developing an improvement plan for the further professionalization of HR data and HR management information;
• Advising on and implementing improvements in data quality, data governance, and data management;
• Optimizing HR reports, KPI definitions, and management information to better align with the organization's information needs;
• Developing proposals for ownership, governance, and quality assurance of HR data;
• Identifying and documenting process improvements within HR information provision;
• Advising on the optimal utilization of HR data from AFAS and other available data sources;
• Guiding stakeholders during the implementation of improvement measures and creating support within the organization;
• Transferring documentation, working methods, and recommendations to the organization.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level;
• You have extensive experience with HR Analytics, People Analytics, or similar HR data issues;
• You have experience with HR management information, reporting, and dashboard development;
• You have knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data management;
• You are familiar with HR processes and HR information systems;
• You have experience with AFAS as a source for HR management information;
• You have experience with BI and reporting solutions;
• You have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding HR data and privacy;
• You have demonstrable experience with organization-wide improvement and professionalization projects;
• You possess strong advisory skills and can convince and connect stakeholders.
• This role is classified in scale 9

• The transfer period for flexible workers is 1800 hours.
• Invoicing is based on billable hours.
• Indexation is not applicable.
• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for every placement. The costs for this lie with the supplier/freelancer.
• Upon termination of an assignment by Evides, a notice period of 30 calendar days applies, and immediately in case of force majeure.
