Program Manager Access (interim)

Project overview

As Program Manager Access, you will support the client in the realization of the Access System.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Align activities within the various sub-tasks
• Manage quality by making risks and dependencies transparent
• Signal necessary measures to the client and steering group and make proposals for them
• Signal points of attention from progress reports and formulate proposals for action
• Provide progress information for internal portfolio management and financial accountability
• Monitor progress and coordinate in the tender and discharge process
• Maintain communication with stakeholders
• University level of working and thinking
• At least 9 years of experience as a project leader in large-scale ICT programs
• Experience in a politically complex environment
• Knowledge and experience with the implementation of access systems
• Knowledge of digitization of services, preferably in public service providers
• Insight into processes related to identification and authentication
• Knowledge of eIDAS regulation
• Experience with public-private partnerships
• Knowledge of system components such as governance, admission and supervision, system facilities and management
• Familiarity with systems such as eHerkenning and the Digitalization work agenda
• Experience as a client towards executing organizations
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of digitization
