Program Manager Business & SAP Transformation

Project overview

For a comprehensive and strategically significant transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager Business & SAP Transformation.

The focus is on the transformation of an existing process and system landscape in a growing industrial environment. The program includes the introduction and transformation of SAP S/4HANA, the optimization and harmonization of business processes, the establishment of new organizational structures, and ensuring future process compliance. The program is currently transitioning from the Discover/Prepare phase to the Define phase, with initial sprint planning already underway in individual countries.

As Program Manager, you will have overall responsibility for this complex international transformation program. You will manage and further develop the program governance, lead and coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, and sub-programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and international locations, and manage a global PMO environment.

Your tasks include ensuring the integration of business processes and SAP S/4HANA, supporting the establishment of a future-proof process organization, and managing program planning, prioritization, risks, and dependencies across all business units.

We expect several years of experience in managing large business transformations, demonstrable experience in complex SAP transformation or SAP S/4HANA programs, and sound knowledge in establishing and managing program governance structures. Experience in international stakeholder management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing multiple parallel projects and teams are required. Experience in the production or manufacturing environment and knowledge of adjacent systems are advantageous.
