Program Manager Enterprise Transformation (Salesforce/CRM)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a global enterprise transformation program. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the coordination and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation encompassing multiple countries and business units.

As Program Manager, you will undertake the following tasks: Establish and monitor program governance across all phases, from strategy development to stabilization in production. You will be responsible for scope and cost control, manage contract changes, and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners. Furthermore, you will bring together cross-functional teams from Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Security, and Change Management, ensuring that strict quality criteria are met.

Requirements

You have at least 15 years of experience in technology and transformation projects, with at least 8 years in leading large, cross-country CRM or enterprise programs. You have in-depth knowledge of managing complex Salesforce implementations, including data migration, API integration, and DevOps practices. Experience with Global Template Governance and Rollout Factory methods is required. You possess strong commercial skills, particularly in managing fixed-price contracts and vendor relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level are essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or PRINCE2 are desirable; Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum) are highly desirable.
