Within a banking group, you will lead the program for implementing IRR controls (SCV Reporting).

Knowledge of Product Control processes and control mechanisms applied to regulatory reporting is a valued asset, not a requirement.

Mission Details

Full-time mission, in Île-de-France, for a renewable one-year duration, with two days of remote work per week. Start as soon as possible.

• Lead and coordinate all program activities: structuring workstreams, monitoring milestones, deliverables, and action plans.
• Identify and monitor risks, blocking points, and inter-workstream dependencies, and escalate alerts to governance bodies.
• Organize and lead steering and monitoring committees, prepare materials and dashboards, ensure follow-up on decisions and commitments.
• Facilitate exchanges between business teams, the Finance Department, Risk, and IT teams.
• Provide support for Product Based Reviews by leveraging your knowledge of Finance systems and Product Control processes.
• Significant experience in program or project leadership (Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Director) in a regulatory or prudential reporting context.
• Knowledge of IRR controls / SCV Reporting.
• Good knowledge of the capital markets banking environment and Finance information systems.
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written, to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
• Excellent professional demeanor and very good communication skills, leadership, and the ability to unite cross-functional teams — required.
