Assignment description

Translates program objectives into a pragmatic approach, integrated planning, and operational control.

Establishes an integrated control model where responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation routes across the entire migration chain are explicitly assigned.

Responsible for a joint planning, backlog, dependency overview, risk assessment, and progress reporting for all involved organizational units.

Identifies and removes structural blockages in decision-making, prioritization, and quality control to make the migration predictable and timely.

Connects stakeholders across the chain and sustainably ensures collaboration and results in execution.

Background of the assignment

To complete the data migration from TERAdata to Azure (cloud) before the end of the year.

Requirements

Only offer Dutch CVs and candidates must speak Dutch perfectly.

Assignment is less suitable for ZZP'ers (freelancers) due to DBA law.

University (WO) work and thinking level, preferably with a technical background.

More than 15 years of project experience in complex organizational, business, and IT transformations.

Ultimately responsible for programs with multiple projects.

Experience in public and regulated environments with reporting lines to MT (Management Team) and steering committee.

Proven establishment of integrated planning, financial control, risk management, and capacity planning.

Experience with preparing and guiding decision-making where quality, risks, and deadlines must be weighed against each other.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.

We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-rekening.

This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is based in the Netherlands or abroad.

The G-rekening can be requested from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-rekening (and you can provide proof from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter.

In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
