Required Skills & Experience
- Lead end-to-end program management for network infrastructure projects including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and security systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Drive vendor management and coordinate with partners for seamless project execution.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
- Strong background in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco technologies (Routers, Switches, ASA Firewalls, Nexus, etc.).
- Proven experience in program/project management within BFSI environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management in large enterprises.
