Project overview

Team Mission:

As part of strategic transformation programs within a large European banking group, the mission aims to orchestrate complex organizational and technological initiatives, secure their execution, and ensure rigorous monitoring of their financial performance.

The objective is to ensure alignment between strategic directions and their operational implementation, while guaranteeing value creation, investment control, and the achievement of measurable savings on technological and operational platforms.

The mission is structured around three main areas.

Act as the primary point of contact for platform managers and steering committees to provide consolidated visibility on program progress, performance, and challenges.

Define, implement, and enforce a structured governance framework, ensuring transparency in decisions, stakeholder accountability, and commitment control.

Identify, analyze, and communicate complex risks, difficulties, and roadblocks, anticipating escalations and necessary arbitration with management.

Prepare and present strategic reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials for management bodies.

Oversee transformation program budgets and ensure rigorous monitoring of investments, actual expenses, and budget variances.

Implement a detailed financial monitoring system to measure investments and savings achieved for each platform.

Collaborate closely with Finance teams and platform managers to validate financial data, confirm actual savings, and measure return on investment.

Contribute to achieving program financial objectives through CAPEX/OPEX analysis, ROI modeling, and cost-benefit evaluation.

Orchestrate the various stakeholders involved in the programs to ensure coherence between strategic priorities, financial commitments, and operational execution.

Coordinate exchanges between operational managers, Finance teams, and steering committees, facilitating dialogue and decision-making.

Ensure continuous visibility on the results of transformation initiatives and their contribution to overall performance.
