Program Manager Task Expansion

Project overview

The program manager will contribute to the expansion of activities, revenue, and societal impact of ODR during a temporary program period.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Identifying opportunities for service expansion with municipalities, provinces, and other collaborative partners
• Developing propositions, business cases, and actionable plans for new activities
• Realizing additional assignments and revenue for ODR
• Investigating and utilizing subsidy opportunities and other external funding sources
• Advising executive and management bodies on opportunities for strategic development
• Building and maintaining an administrative and official network
• Creating support for new initiatives and services
• Driving results and periodically reporting on progress and returns
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a program manager, strategic advisor, quartermaster, or in a comparable role within a government organization
• Work experience with both administrative and official advisory roles
• Work experience with developing new services, programs, projects, or collaborations within the public sector
• Experience with attracting subsidies and/or arranging external funding sources
• At least 3 years of practical experience in program management, strategic development, and/or business development within the physical domain
• Own laptop, phone, and associated IT resources (Bring Your Own Device)
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
