Experienced Program Manager needed for hybrid power plant projects in Munich, starting February 2026 for at least 10 months, requiring 24 hours per week.
Project overview
For a demanding project in Munich, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager in the field of power plant projects.
The position is hybrid and starts in February 2026 with a duration of at least 10 months.
Your tasks include the project planning and scheduling of new plants, major modifications, and expansions in the areas of thermal power generation plants, biomass and waste incineration plants, storage systems, and large heat pumps. You will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of decommissioning measures for existing plants as well as infrastructural measures at the site.
A focus is on ensuring high-quality execution according to current technical standards and compliance with applicable guidelines and norms. You bring extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of large projects and programs.
We expect deep technical understanding of power plant sites and their process requirements. Your many years of Europe-wide expertise in the realization of power plant projects are essential for this role.
The workload is 24 hours per week. A project-related employment is required.
