- Checking, clarification, and reconciliation of open accounts payable items in the Schleupen ERP system
- Conducting account analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Review of existing process flows in invoice and dunning management
- Development of measures to prevent future backlogs
- Ensuring a transparent open item structure and improving data quality
- Documentation of results and handover of recommendations for action to the specialist department
