Project Coordinator (Interim)

Project overview

As project coordinator, you will manage multiple projects aimed at strengthening the electricity grid together with the project leader.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate grid reinforcement projects with the project leader, from application to financial closure
• Monitor progress, quality, and budget of multiple ongoing projects
• Align activities and expectations with asset management, municipalities, and contractors
• Prepare for execution, including planning work in batches and arranging materials in a timely manner
• Discuss bottlenecks with contractors and adjust when execution deviates from the plan
• Check revisions, additional work, and performance statements and ensure correct administrative processing
• Identify risks or deviations and organize appropriate solutions
• Monitor safety and contribute to improvements in execution and collaboration
• Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably technical
• Relevant experience in project coordination or work preparation within a technical context
• Work experience in a similar role
• Meticulous planning and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude in identifying bottlenecks and solutions
• Clear communication with various stakeholders
• Flexibility in changing circumstances
• Mastery of Dutch at C1 level, oral and written
