IT Project Coordinator/PMO - 2+ months - Mainly Remote - Start November

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator/PMO.

Your main task is to support the client's technical IT lead in the coordination and documentation of project updates, tasks and documentations.

You will also be required to follow up and drive status updates and deadlines across the internal IT teams and coordinate meetings and team alignments.

Experience in IT environments is a must.

This is not a project management position.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT Project Coordinator/PMO and support technical lead
• Maintain project setup, tasks, documentation and status updates in Service Now, Jira and Confluence
• Proactively follow up on open tasks, actions, deadlines and dependencies across internal IT teams
• Track project effort and proper time bookings
• Coordinate and follow up on required Compliance, GDPR, Security and AI governance checks
• Coordinate stakeholders from AI, Data, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and business teams
• Prepare meetings, agendas and supporting material
• Maintain minutes, decisions and action lists
• Ensure communication across different team

Requirements

• Strong project experience as IT Project Coordinator/PMO
• Project experience in data & analytics projects or IT AI projects
• highly beneficial
• Previous project experience in supporting IT technical leads
• Strong experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with maintaining project setup, tasks, documentation and status in ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence
• Experience with following up on outstanding tasks, status updates, follow up on actions and deadlines
• Understanding of GDPR and compliance checks
• Nice to have: project experience in environments that implemented AI
• No technical AI experience required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• preferred
• Fluency in English

Project details

Telephone interview slots with our client can be arranged at short notice with a decision immediately thereafter.

• Duration: Until end of the year (+ option to extend, plan 6 months contract)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Mainly remote, some on site work in Germany may be required of no more than 20%
