Functie

Als Project Engineer Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor automatisatieprojecten binnen equipment- en utilitiesomgevingen in een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Puurs. Je maakt deel uit van het Automation & Integration-team binnen Engineering en volgt je projecten op van specificatie tot oplevering.

In deze functie zal je onder meer:

Je bent een kartrekker en teamspeler met een sterke interesse in E&I en automatisatie, en je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.

Belangrijk is dat je:

• Location: Puurs

• Nieuwe projecten managen: specificaties opstellen, leveranciers selecteren en bestellen, design en engineering opvolgen.
• FAT- en SAT-testen uitvoeren en nieuwe process automation systemen opleveren (E&I, HMI, PLC).
• Specificaties en standaarden opstellen voor E&I, HMI, PLC en drives.
• HMI-(SCADA-)installaties ontwerpen en testen van leveranciers opvolgen.
• P&ID’s en functionele specificaties reviewen en codereviews uitvoeren op PLC-programma’s.
• Technische testscripts opstellen en uitvoeren, en troubleshooten tijdens de opstart.
• Automatisatie- en integratiesupport bieden voor systemen in productie.
• Industrieel ingenieur automatisatie of elektromechanica bent, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Minimum 3 jaar werkervaring hebt in een industriële omgeving.
• Perfect Nederlands en Engels spreekt.
• Kennis hebt van Siemens PLC (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) en HMI (SCADA, WinCC, TIA Portal).
• Ervaring hebt met elektrisch ontwerp, installatie en commissioning (EPLAN, AREI, EN 60204).
• Kennis hebt van industriële netwerken (Profibus, Profinet, OPC UA).
• Goede projectmanagementvaardigheden hebt.
