Project Leader Broadening Quality System Information Management

Project overview

The assignment focuses on improving the information management of the municipality of Amersfoort.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up a broad quality system for information management, information security, and privacy protection
• Mapping the IAM process and formulating recommendations for implementation
• Analyzing, documenting, and improving processes with attention to information management and digitization
• Determining priorities in consultation with the program manager
• Inventorying processes and documenting requirements and wishes for supporting systems for tenders
• Translating laws and regulations into workable processes
• Contributing to the development of policy and frameworks for information management and testing for feasibility
• Developing improvement plans for information management based on maturity measurements
• Completed university education
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience with programs in the field of information management
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including the Archives Act and the Government Information (Public Access) Act
• Lean Black Belt background, familiar with agile and lean working
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement, digitization, and stakeholder management
• Minimum 5 years of experience with municipalities of more than 100,000 inhabitants, for example as a process analyst, process consultant, or quality manager
• Analytical, results-oriented, and pragmatic approach
• Ability to create enthusiasm and support
