The position

As Project Leader Data, you are the driving force behind the unbundling of a complex data and application landscape within a large organization. You play a crucial role in guiding the inventory and developing the approach, scope, planning, and budget. You translate complex dependencies into concrete scenarios and advise on implications for other ICT projects. In the execution phase, you manage the separation and transfer of data, applications, and contracts, monitoring progress, quality, and continuity. You work closely with various teams and coordinate with stakeholders within the organization.

This municipality in Gelderland is in the process of unbundling its business operations from a larger operational organization. The program, operational since 2026, aims for an independent operational unit. Collaboration and strategic planning are central, with a focus on carefully separating data and applications. Continuity and risk management are crucial in this process.
