- Coordinate and independently execute assigned reinforcement projects
- Plan and organize projects and monitor progress
- Identify risks and bottlenecks and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding execution
- Deliver periodic reports on progress, planning, and points of attention
- Advise on project execution and support the preparation of decisions
- HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a project leader in structural engineering projects on the construction site
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
- Expertise in process and environmental management
- Possess the VCA Vol certificate, or be willing to obtain it at your own expense before the start of the assignment
