Project overview

The assignment involves developing scenarios and an implementation path for a new IBOR system (Information Management Public Space) in the context of the reorganization with Duiven, Westervoort, and Zevenaar.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventory of the current and desired information position regarding public space
• Inventory of existing and desired work processes
• Preparation of substantiated scenarios for a new IBOR system, including cost indication and preferred advice
• Elaboration of organizational and collaboration aspects during implementation, with attention to the newly formed municipality
• Preparation of a practical implementation proposal with prerequisites for realization
• HBO bachelor's degree as a completed minimum educational requirement
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience with information provision, process management, and change management
• Work experience with leading a project focused on the implementation of a new information system
• Practical experience in a municipality with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants is a plus
• Practical knowledge of various IBOR systems and their implementation in municipal organizations
• Knowledge of tendering processes and financial aspects within municipal projects
• Experience with leading projects involving multiple organizations with diverse interests
• Practical experience in the spatial domain within a municipal organization
