You take initiative, bring structure, stimulate collaboration, and deliver projects successfully within the set frameworks. You get things done.

• Leading and realizing IT/OT projects from start to completion
• Responsible for planning, budget, scope, risks, and progress
• Managing team members, internal stakeholders, and possibly external suppliers
• Creating support and collaboration
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Track record as Project Leader or Project Manager
• Experience with projects in the field of personnel security and physical security, solutions such as:
• Access control systems
• Alarm systems
• Fire detection and fire protection systems
• Security and detection systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent command of the Dutch language
• Ownership, proactivity, you are a connector who easily switches with all levels
• You get energy from doing, solving, structuring, improving, building together, and realizing change
