For a leading social organization in the Rotterdam region, we are looking for an experienced IT/OT Project Leader who can lead security projects in a complex and dynamic environment. You take initiative, bring structure, stimulate collaborations, and successfully deliver projects within the set frameworks. You get things done.
Your responsibilities
What do you bring?
- Leading and realizing IT/OT projects from start to completion
- Responsible for planning, budget, scope, risks, and progress
- Managing team members, internal stakeholders, and possibly external suppliers
- Creating support and collaboration
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Track record as Project Leader or Project Manager
- Experience with projects in the field of personnel security and physical security, solutions such as:
- Access control systems
- Alarm systems
- Fire detection and fire protection systems
- Security and detection systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent command of the Dutch language
- Ownership, proactivity, you are a connector who easily communicates with all levels
- You get energy from doing, solving, structuring, improving, building together, and realizing change
