Assignment description

For a period of approximately four/six months, we are looking for a project leader who will be responsible for the guidance and coordination of six strategic implementation and change projects within the department.

The projects are in various phases of preparation, development, and implementation.

Collaboration will take place with an assigned colleague from Enexis for each project. The project leader is jointly responsible for the coherence, progress, alignment, and implementation of the projects.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a project leader who is characterized as a driver, connector, organizer, stakeholder manager, and implementer. A professional who is results-oriented, pragmatic, strong in communication, independent, proactive, decisive, and sensitive to the environment, and who gets energy from coordinating multiple projects and realizing changes within a complex organization. The project leader must have HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.

The starting points vary for the projects. In addition, the required labor input per project varies and develops differently during its term.
