Project overview

As OKO Project Leader, you will steer the preventive approach and the connection between the social domain and the safety domain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Steer the implementation, further development, and safeguarding of the OKO approach
• Connect partners from education, healthcare, welfare, sports, culture, safety, and the municipality around preventive issues for youth and families
• Coordinate municipal efforts regarding Violence in Dependent Relationships and align with Veilig Thuis, police, education, and care providers
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate policies and projects in the areas of youth, prevention, education, and safety
• Represent the municipality in regional consultations and working groups within Sociaal Domein Fryslân
• Organize and facilitate meetings and work sessions with residents, professionals, partners, and administrators
• Prepare administrative decision-making and advice, and support portfolio holders and management
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a policy advisor or project leader in the social domain within a municipality
• Minimum of a completed HBO bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of the Youth Act
• Experience with comparable trajectories such as the Youth Reform Agenda or Strong Local Teams
• Experience in initiating and facilitating collaborations between parties at policy, administrative, and executive levels
• Experience with drafting project plans and steering towards results and progress
• Experience within a political-administrative environment
