Project overview

The project leader/initiator will implement the concept advice for the regional cooperation platform MO/BW (H5 region).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translate the concept advice into an executable design and the four platform functions.
• Develop the governance structure, roles, mandates, and decision-making processes.
• Draft a cooperation agreement/covenant with providers and chain partners.
• Set up work processes and consultation structures such as the BW complex consultation and crisis consultation.
• Draft functional requirements and prepare the procurement of a digital information system.
• Support with the tender documents and monitor the separation from the tender procedure.
• Draft and guide the implementation plan, including communication and training.
• Organize administrative decision-making and transfer to the line organization.
• At least 10 years of experience as a project leader or program manager within the social domain
• Knowledge of and experience with supported living, social assistance, or complex care chains
• Experience with regional-level cooperation between municipalities and care providers
• Experience in the field of governance issues and management within networks
• Experience with digitization, data exchange, and the implementation of information systems
• Demonstrable experience with tender processes or contract management in the social domain
