Project Leader U&HS (detach.)

Project overview

As a sub-project leader, you will contribute to shaping the Provincial Implementation and Enforcement Strategy (U&HS).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop an action plan in collaboration with the client
• Evaluate the current U&HS and conduct an impact analysis based on laws and regulations and provincial frameworks
• Co-organize and guide participation sessions with stakeholders
• Process the outcomes of the participation sessions and translate policy into an assignment for VTHA
• Define SMART goals and associated KPIs together with policy owners, implementing organizations, and stakeholders
• Visualize the impact of the set goals
• Co-author the final product and act as co-leader of the documents
• Coordinate with the VTH client unit during the assignment
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in setting up and facilitating participation and work sessions with stakeholders and chain partners to support policy development
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in developing task-oriented I&E strategies
• Experience with the functioning of the BIG 8 cycle
• Immediate availability for at least 16 hours per week is a plus
