Scope of Services

• Development and further development of project management and control structures for complex IT projects
• Creation and coordination of approval and decision documents according to defined project standards
• Support with cost, effort, and economic feasibility considerations as well as the creation of reliable planning bases
• Planning, control, and tracking of deadlines, milestones, resources, and project dependencies
• Coordination of architectural, functional, and organizational project contributions as well as maintenance of relevant interfaces
• Execution of stakeholder, communication, and committee management in the project environment
• Management of risks, assumptions, open points, and decisions, including documentation and tracking
• Preparation, support, and ensuring an orderly project handover, including acceptance and closing management

• Practical experience in risk, issue, and decision management
