• You will participate in the operational management and content development of digitalization projects within the DKE.
• As part of an extensive innovation program, you will support key central initiatives with the aim of sustainably increasing the efficiency of our processes, particularly through increasing automation and the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence.
• You will combine classic project management competence with the hands-on mentality and working style of a Digital Solutions Engineer. In addition to the operational management of digitalization projects, you will develop practical technical solutions and implement them independently.
• Your range of tasks extends from requirements analysis and the development of low-code applications and scripts to integration into existing system landscapes.
• Digital Transformation: You will actively shape the technological further development of our system landscape. To this end, you will develop practical digital solutions that create concrete and measurable added value, accelerate processes, and unlock potential for automation and Artificial Intelligence. You will accompany solutions from the initial idea and prototyping through testing to scalable transfer to productive operation.
• Interface between Business and Technology: You will bring business departments and IT together, support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications, and actively participate in architectural and integration decisions. You will manage the dialogue between the stakeholders involved and ensure that practical and sustainable digital solutions are created from business requirements.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in managing digitalization or IT projects
• Very good understanding of digital business processes, automation, and AI applications
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, especially Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions using low-code/no-code, scripting, and system integration
• Basic knowledge of modern AI technologies, data architectures, and interfaces
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards business departments, IT, and management
• High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and implementation strength
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
