Project Manager 50-70% – Hermes / Scrum

Project:

Our client (a government agency) is looking for an experienced project manager who already has a lot of project experience with Hermes and Scrum. (Reference number 925106RF).

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and use appropriate project management processes.
• Structure work packages; create associated orders; evaluate suppliers and draft contracts; plan personnel deployment (define responsibilities, performance objectives, personnel planning) for the project; recruit project staff, lead and evaluate (qualify) project staff.
• Actively shape the functional and technical solution.
• Organize, participate in, and present at events (cantons, cantonal organizations).
• Monitor project risks and initiate countermeasures.
• Arrange for the acceptance of results (software and documentation).
• Ensure the sensible application and adherence to HERMES processes (Agile development).
• Participate in the creation and agreement of SLAs and service level agreements with the operator.
• Monitor the project regarding deadlines and costs.

Role: Project Manager 50-70% – Hermes / Scrum

• Tertiary level degree according to the Swiss Federal Office for Professional Education and Technology (SBFI) education system
• Valid HERMES 5 Advanced certificate
• PMI or Prince or IPMA (A,B,C) certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for the development and/or further development of an application
• Experience in leading DevOps teams
• Project experience with data requiring a high level of protection
• German as project language (C2 level)
