The role involves managing the implementation of requirements for battery storage systems, from analysis to technical and organizational work packages, and overseeing project progress.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Implementation of requirements from grid connection commitments, permits, and contractual specifications
- Analysis and structured transfer of these requirements into technical and organizational work packages
- Creation, tracking, and continuous further development of the schedule / monitoring of project progress and early identification of potential deviations
- Further development of risk management (identification, assessment, measure tracking)
- Cross-functional coordination of involved sub-processes and trades / planning and moderation of project-related coordination formats
- Clarification of technical and organizational interface issues with internal teams, suppliers, construction companies, grid operators, and authorities
- Establishment and maintenance of a communication matrix and continuous information for all stakeholders
- Exchange with external partners to enable smooth processes / independent preparation, execution, and follow-up of steering committees
- Creation of decision proposals, status reports, KPI overviews, and risk lists
- Regular reporting to program management and consolidated preparation of all relevant project information
- Confident use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge desirable
- Significant experience in the large battery storage systems environment (50 MW+)
- Strong project management skills
- Very good electrical engineering understanding
