We are looking for a Broadcast IT Project Manager to lead the redesign of control rooms for a client in the audiovisual sector. This is a long-term mission with high visibility.
Project overview
We are looking for, for one of our clients in the audiovisual sector, a Broadcast IT Project Manager to lead the redesign of the control rooms at its headquarters: a full IP operating hub, production automation systems, and an NRCS at the heart of TV news production. Long mission, with high visibility.
Your role
You are the IT Project Manager who acts as the link between end-users (Information Directorate, production teams), engineering departments, and the integration partner.
- manage, support, and challenge the integrator throughout the project;
- lead workshops, gather needs and workflows, support users and change management;
- ensure coordination between all stakeholders and challenge the involved departments to guarantee the consistency of choices;
- implement governance: project meetings, steering committees, minutes, action tracking;
- monitor the schedule, identify risks, and propose solutions;
- draft scoping, consultation, and monitoring documents;
- manage technical and functional acceptance testing.
