Project overview

As a project manager, you will lead multiple large maintenance, renovation, and expansion projects within the existing high-voltage grid.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and execute integrated project plans
• Lead multiple complex infrastructure projects
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Guide and coach employees within the project
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and results
• Monitor safety, quality, and risk management
• Manage tender processes
• Manage contracts according to UAV and UAV-GC
• Work according to System-Oriented Contract Management
• Monitor contractual obligations and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors, grid operators, and technical partners
• Maintain contact with government agencies and permit issuers
• Create support for project decisions
• Identify and mitigate risks within the project
• Monitor permit requirements and quality standards
• Propose improvements in project approach and collaboration
• Completed HBO or WO education in a technical or business administration field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience at HBO/WO level
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in leading infrastructure projects
• Demonstrable experience with the execution of construction projects from €50 million
• Experience gained within energy, infrastructure, or a comparable technical field
• Extensive experience with UAV and UAV-GC
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and/or IPMA
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
