Seeking a Project Manager with experience in HVAC/refrigeration construction for a 6-month project starting November 2, 2026. The role focuses on the execution phase, involving site coordination, reporting, material ordering, and budget/schedule responsibility.
Project overview
+ Project planning and coordination:
Creation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
+ Site reporting
+ Material ordering
+ Creation of technical documentation (circuit diagrams, functional descriptions)
+ Budget and deadline responsibility

+ Performance log subcontractors
+ Construction diary
+ Technical documentation
- Cost control and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
Role: Plant mechanic with additional qualification as a master, technician + building services engineering
+ Several years of experience as a construction manager in the field of heating/cooling
+ Execution phase – no more planning services.
Proficiency in MS Office
