Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager responsible for integrated civil and area development projects, including preparation, tendering, quality control, and financial management.
Project overview
As a senior civil engineering project manager, you bear integral responsibility for civil and area development projects.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Leading integrated civil projects from initiative through to the handover phase
- Preparing projects and managing the tendering procedure
- Monitoring quality, quantity, and progress based on the GROTICK control factors
- Managing the finances of the various projects
- Acting as a connecting link between project execution and policy
- Developing concrete example projects, such as traffic calming measures, the construction of a multifunctional roller skating rink, and traffic safety measures
- HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role
- Knowledge and experience with underground infrastructure, including under and around roads
- Experience with project-based work
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including towards residents, colleagues, and management
- Knowledge of the RAW system and user experience with GIS applications such as Arc-GIS
- Experience with the government (municipality, province, Rijkswaterstaat, or water board) is a plus
