We are looking for a Project Manager / Client Representative for a construction project in Munich. The role involves managing costs, schedules, quality, and contracts, as well as coordinating planning teams and stakeholders.

For our client, we are looking for a Project Manager / Client Representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Independent project management and client representation
- Leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary planning team
- Management of costs, deadlines, qualities, and contracts
- Coordination with clients, users, planners, and executing companies
- Identification of project risks and development of suitable measures
- Support of strategic and planning decisions

- Several years of experience in the project management of complex construction projects
- Sound knowledge of AHO service specifications and HOAI
- Demonstrable experience in client representation and leadership of larger planning teams
- Confident handling of construction plans, relevant DIN standards, and architectural service specifications
- Experience with large projects, ideally in stadium construction
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills
