Seeking a Project Manager for Data Governance and Data Analytics Strategy projects within the insurance sector. The role involves defining processes, roles, and responsibilities, as well as planning and managing project execution.

Responsibilities
- Project management of two sub-projects on the main topics: Data Governance & Data Analytics Strategy
- Definition of roles, responsibilities, processes, committees (as well as e.g. Data Quality, Data Cataloging)
- Development of the Data Analytics target image based on requirements from various departments, setting guidelines for further development
- Planning and technical management of projects including definition of goals, scope, and milestones
- Risk management and recommendations for countermeasures
- Transparent project communication
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project management of complex IT and data projects
- In-depth expertise in Data Governance, in introduction, implementation & operationalization
- Experience in introducing a cloud-based data platform with regard to Data Governance
- Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Experience in Snowflake and AWS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to translate technical and business requirements
