Responsibilities

• Independent control of schedule, costs, quality, and risks for the DSTW Dortmund Hbf project with ETCS L2mS across all project phases / Creation and updating of work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and milestones
• Consolidation and control of the overall schedule across all project phases / Execution of project controlling and creation of status, progress, and risk reports
• Preparation of project-related key figures and decision-making bases for project management and clients / Preparation, moderation, and documentation of meetings, workshops, and coordination appointments
• Follow-up of measures, decisions, open points, and project orders / Identification, evaluation, and control of project risks, including follow-up of measures
• Coordination and follow-up of change and amendment management / Coordination of interfaces between disciplines, sub-projects, and external project participants
• Support and coordination of approval, release, and planning processes / Coordination of track possession, operational, and construction sequence coordination
• Participation in awarding processes and preparation of tenders / Preparation and support of quality gates and project reviews
• Maintenance and evaluation of project-related systems (e.g., BKU, iTWO, DOXiS, SAP, is.base, possibly EPLASS and JIRA) / Ensuring and further development of project-related reporting
• Support in process optimization in project management / Coordination of project completion, including handovers, final documentation, and lessons learned
• Cross-departmental coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution in terms of schedule, costs, and quality

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in project management, especially in project or schedule control, within construction, infrastructure, or plant projects
• Sound knowledge of planning, construction, and approval processes for complex railway infrastructure projects is an advantage, as is knowledge of MS Project or similar tools, with practical application skills
