Project Manager DX

Project overview

The client wants to prepare for an internal transformation from SAP CS to SAP S/4 HANA Service by 2030. You will take end-to-end responsibility for core projects within our DX transformation program - from initiation through planning and implementation to successful handover to operational units.

You will manage interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers, ensuring structured, goal-oriented collaboration among all stakeholders.

You will act as a central interface between business departments, IT, and PMO, effectively bringing together requirements, dependencies, priorities, and decisions.

You will plan and coordinate requirements management, test management, change management activities, and implementation measures, ensuring that project goals are met in terms of time, budget, and quality.

You will establish viable project structures and governance mechanisms, create transparency in project progress, and actively drive the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

You will identify risks, bottlenecks, and conflicts of objectives early on and address them pragmatically and solution-oriented.

You will support the sustainable transition to operational units, helping to effectively anchor new structures, processes, and systems within the organization.

In day-to-day project work, you will collaborate closely with internal Subject Matter Experts, IT, process management, and other involved departments, jointly prioritizing the use cases and measures to be implemented.

Guidance and coaching of our colleagues involved in the project, coaching documents do not need to be created

The focus is now primarily on the upcoming ramp-up.
