As project manager, you will lead the entire development process of the environmental plan.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Direct the complete development process of the environmental plan
- Act as a visible point of contact within the organization
- Connect internal colleagues, executive board, municipal council, and external parties
- Monitor planning, quality, progress, and interdependencies
- Ensure a thorough administrative decision-making process
- Organize and facilitate participation of residents and other stakeholders
- Experience with managing complex projects, preferably within the public domain
- Demonstrable expertise in and experience with implementing the Environmental Act
- Experience working with a project-based approach, within or in collaboration with government organizations
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect people
- Sensitivity to administrative and political relationships
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and practical execution
