Seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead complex AI, Analytics, and Digitalization projects from inception to handover. The role involves planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Independent management of complex AI, Analytics, and Digitalization projects from project acquisition to go-live and handover
- Planning and control of work packages, milestones, resources, costs, and dependencies
- Coordination of international and interdisciplinary stakeholders from business, engineering, data, and IT
- Management of requirements, change, risk, and escalation processes
- Preparation and support of project reviews, decision-making, and approval processes
- Coordination of testing, acceptance, deployment, and operational handover
- Creation of status reports and maintenance of project documentation, including in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Definition and tracking of measurable project goals and success criteria
Requirements
- Completed university degree, e.g., in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Sound experience in the independent management of complex AI/ML, Analytics, Digitalization, or Software projects
- Experience in collaborating with international, cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups
- Good knowledge of project planning, resource and cost control, requirements and risk management
- Experience in combining agile working methods with structured project governance
- Basic understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data provision, deployment, and monitoring
- Ideally, experience in the semiconductor, production, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Project management certification, e.g., IPMA-C, is an advantage
- Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
