Project overview

For the management of many small software implementation projects in the Professional Services environment, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for the successful management of many SaaS and on-premise solutions and will ensure project success as a trusted partner for our clients.

Responsibilities

Our Requirements

• You will be responsible for and manage the entire lifecycle of many small software implementations, from project initiation to successful go-live and final handover.
• You will manage multiple small projects in parallel, ensuring compliance with all time, budget, and quality specifications.
• You will act as the central point of contact for clients and stakeholders and motivate interdisciplinary teams to work together towards a common goal.
• You will identify potential project risks early on and proactively develop solution strategies.
• 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the Professional Services environment of software vendors or partners, ideally supplemented by experience with international clients.
• Practical experience in the parallel management of complex software implementations (SaaS & On-Premise, project sizes from 5 to 50+ days).
• Completed degree or a comparable qualification combined with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile); an ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with well-known project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, MS Office); ideally, you have knowledge of ECM or IP solutions.
• Fluent German and English skills for communication at all management levels.
