• University degree or comparable knowledge from professional practice
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM projects
• Profound knowledge and experience in HCM and Success Factors
• Experience with the execution and leadership of migrations from SAP HCM to SF
• Many years of experience in international project environments
• Strong communicator at all levels, internally and with the client

We support SAP Germany in various projects. Currently, the S/4 HCM division requires support from Senior Consulting and Project Management. You have excellent knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors and can lead a migration from SAP HCM to SF and the DE Workstream, as well as conduct coordination with the client. This requires a high level of product knowledge to review assumptions and expectations, as well as to design an optimal solution in SF.
