We are looking for a profile willing to be employed just for the duration of the 6-month mission (fixed-term contract).

Context

Our client is looking for an HPC / AI / Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager to support the Infrastructure team lead in a demanding technological environment.

The infrastructure is a central element of the business: the mission therefore requires much more than classic project management. The Project Manager must have a solid technical background enabling them to understand the challenges of Infrastructure experts, to challenge topics, and to facilitate decisions.

You will act as the true right-hand person to the Infrastructure lead, with a role of coordination, structuring, and prioritization of activities.

The position is primarily an Infrastructure Project Manager role with a very solid technical foundation. It is not an isolated operational technical expert position.

Profile sought

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager who has previously worked in HPC, AI, and Cloud environments.

The need mentions two different experience levels: 5 to 8 years of experience in a first description and approximately 12 years in the detailed description. The exact level will therefore need to be confirmed.

You must have proven experience in environments where the definition of HPC, AI, and Cloud infrastructures is a major challenge.

You are capable of understanding technical experts, challenging their topics, and communicating their stakes to facilitate coordination and decision-making.

Beyond the technical aspects, we are primarily looking for a unifying profile, capable of bringing a team together and structuring its operations.

A strong ability to listen, humility, and excellent communication are particularly important for this mission.

Professional English is essential.
